For cebu- you may do the city tour. Rent a taxi for 1000-1500 for a whole day land tour. To get to Bohol you may take their any of the fast ferries. The earliest ferry to leave cebu is oceanjet. I can share with you the iterinary that i made for our cebu-Bohol tour as well as give you some tips regarding the tour.
