The unofficial summer capital of the [tag]Philippines[/tag], [tag]Boracay[/tag] Island is jam-packed in summer months, you would think the whole of Manila has descended here to cool-off. It is famous for its ubiquitous white sand beach, night life and tropical fruit shakes.
It has also become a foodie’s paradise with restaurants catering to different palates. Almost every kind of cuisine is available in the island: Filipino, Japanese, Mexican and Greek. The several restos can be found in along the beach and some are the island mall, where you can also get souvenir shirts.
