San Roque Beach Resort

We found this place at some website, the map was very misleading and even the name is. On the map the location says its near the beach. So most people would think its not a lake resort but a beach resort also because of its name which i think is misleading poor tourists. unfortunately we were one of those people and my bf made a mistake of booking 3 nights instead of one night.On our way there I called the son of the owner and ask for direction and he said he will just pick us up so I said cool they are pretty nice. but still not the beach resort we were expecting, so my bf ask if he can refund at least one day payment and we`ll only stay one night but of course they said no. What we did was we spent one night and went to the beach the next day, but we left our stuff as we are planning to stay there the next day. I admit we forgot to tell them that we are not going back there to sleep the 2nd night but I don`t really think its their buss., as long as we didn`t check out since we already paid. The 3rd night we went back after and spent the night there, the next morning we were checking out and talk to the son of the owner and ask for our bill for coffee etc, then he started attacking us and talking to us like we are bad people for not telling them were not gonna stay there one night, since my bf asked him if he can refund which they told him no. He was really aggressive and we couldn`t even but in to explain. Telling us that they wanted to talk to my bf again because of refund and blah blah blah bullshit lies when they already told him they wont refund and its up to us if were staying in that shitty place. Then he asked us to pay 500 for him picking us up from the nearby city which is 20 minutes ride from their resort, that`s when i started to talk back and told him that they should tell us first they will charge us so we know if well take the ride or just commute. I am surprise they would talk to a guest like that, even to me he was saying fuck and other bad language, very disrespectful. I hope you guys won`t make the same mistake we did.
