As the name implies, this is a simple web tool based on the Getting Things Done Productivity system by Paul Allen. It has a very simple interface, and you’ll get used to it under a minute. It is great for people who do not want to focus entirely on the GTD system to accomplish the most critical step in GTD which is to get things done.

The idea behind this tool is to minimize multitasking so you can focus on the task at hand. Less multitasking would mean less distractions and more tasks accomplished. Though it may seem too spartan for some, it is still effective.

Google Notebook
Google’s Notebook web app is great since it allows you to organize your notes by creating an individual notebook. If you are a GTD fan, you can set up Google notebook accordingly.
